ESA 2014

Stockholm played host to Euroanaesthesia congress, as the European Society of Anesthesiology (ESA) celebrated its 10th anniversary, appointing Kuoni Congress to be the official accommodation partner for the first time for their special event.

Close to 7,000 attendees registered and Kuoni Congress successfully managed the accommodation for all delegates, exhibitors, faculty members and board, whilst facing and overcoming some challenges with the public transportation system. But a close collaboration working system with our team, the ESA, the congress center, the convention bureau and the City of Stockholm meant that the congress proceeded without any interruptions - making the congress a true and memorable success! We gained some positive media coverage in Swedish press, which has resulted in the ESA deciding to appoint us for upcoming years.
